Amazing staff that made you feel so welcome. They gave us breakfast on arrival and provided us with towels for the pool until our room was ready. The staff can't do enough for you. They are so kind and go out of their way to ensure you have a lovely experience. It really makes all the difference. Rooms were great, with lovely thoughtful additions, like a welcome bottle of wine and home made lavender pouches with the towels. One room had a huge balcony with sun loungers and a hot tub, which was an amazing surprise. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Clean and comfortable. GREAT VIEW. Nice patio (incl. friendly car). Very friendly and helpful owners. Air conditioning worked great (and was needed). Easy access and parking. Great location for both Kini and Delphine. Cannot wait to go back.

Very spacious room with balcony and super comfortable beds. Free mini bar with nice selection. Proactive and smooth communication. Perhaps the towels needs to be upgraded.

The suite was very clean with all the necessary amenities The view, even though it was supposed to be only landscape view, we still had the pleasure of the sea view. The ladies at the reception were helpful and professional. We even had our own private covered parking.

The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, providing all the comforts I needed. Location-wise, it was perfect - close to all the attractions I wanted to visit.

Located in Kinion and only 600 metres from Kini Beach, Kini Bay provides accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. With mountain views, this accommodation features a balcony. The apartment features family rooms. The accommodation had a great view overlooking the sea, it was a climb to get up but I had a bad knee and still able to climb it. It was a clean room (cleaned every day), that had everything we needed. We had the Deluxe Twin Room with Sea View it's the one that had it's own private terrace. We didn't cook, but had equipment and tools for cooking with plates cups and utensils. Plus they had a big bottle of water in the fridge plus 4 capsules of Nespresso coffee. The family that owns it were very friendly and helpful when asked for help. I asked Efi if she had a ice pack for my knee and when I came back to the apartment, there it was. Our ferry didn't leave till 6pm, they allowed us to stay in the apartment for as long as we wanted. There is a bus that run from the port town to Kini and not too far from the accommodation, ask the accommodation, and they will tell you which stop to as the driver to get off at and directions to the accommodation. The sea and all shops, cafes, restaurants are a walk down the hill about 5 min walk.
