The property is soundproof and is situated 300 metres from Alykanas Beach. Excellent location for the beach and centre, the apartment was so clean and beds comfortable plus the black out doors on the patio kept the light out for sleeping. The patio area was large enough to sit comfortably for morning coffee and late drinks and included an airer to dry swimwear and towels over night . Fresh towels everyday if needed and room spotless when we arrived back from the beach. Nikos was the perfect host meeting us on arrival, always being a text away if needed and came to help with the luggage when we were leaving, I would definitely recommend these apartments as we enjoyed it better than the big hotel nearby that we usually stay in and will be booking next year

We were amazed at Chryssa Studios. She went above and beyond to meet all our expectations. We only booked this hotel as it was close to the airport and we had plans to stay up North for the next two days but did not want to drive in the dark. Chryssa was so thoughtful between greeting us, providing everything we may need for our stay in the room, our steamer broke during our stay and another couple had the iron so she let us borrow her personal iron. Her children were playing out front and were so sweet and well behaved. There were tons of shops/food nearby. I would stay here again 100/10 when we come back to Zakynthos. PS: We are from USA so we weren’t sure exactly what to expect but Argassi in general had a ton of resources. We went up to Korithi up North and there were no shops. So stock up on what necessities you need before you head up North.

Set within 32 km of Agios Dionysios Church and 33 km of Port of Zakynthos, Potamitis Windmills & Apartments - Unique Stay with Scenic Views, by ZanteWize provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Korithion. There is an in-house restaurant and free private parking. The aparthotel offers sea views, a sun terrace, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. I have stayed at hundreds of locations and this is the best of the best. Pictures speak for themselves so I cannot improve upon that. Location is amazing. Directly overhead from the Blue Caves, unobstructed views of the Ionian Sea, 30 minute drive from the top of Shipwreck Beach and about 20 minutes to the bottom by boat. Top notch restaurant is amongst the best on Zakynthos, and worth writing home about. Stairs down to the crystal clear waters leaves all the expensive big hotels in the dust. The best part is the staff though. Superb communication, kindness, and responsiveness.
