And yes, the breakfast is à la carte. Options are yummie:) and colorful. My room was an upgrade ( I honestly don't remember booking a suite:))) all in all, it is a great place. Try it for yourself:)

The food served at the restaurant was amazing—was super happy with all the food I ordered during my stay. And plus points for the room service as well. There’s an amazing yoga deck on the top floor which was my favorite spot, overlooking all the trees and greenery and there were so many birds chirping away in the morning. There’s also a spa onsite which was great! And staff were also super friendly and helpful. Room was always super clean and did not find any bugs at all during my stay there. The property is also a bit further from Ubud City Center (but not too far) so it was less hectic walking around nearby places. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, Pilates reformer studio (Movement Matters; 5mins walk away), and nearby yoga studios.

After staying at Renaissance in Cancun, I was expecting the one in Nusa Dua to be as great, and I was not disappointed. Spent 8 nights at the hotel and my Birthday was a week away when we checked in. They made me feel special every day before my Birthday. Sindu, Alit and Arys were super helpful at the restaurant and treated me with goodies. 🙂 Hendri made a really tasty affogato at the bar and all in all the restaurant staff were ALL super friendly and helpful. Just could not remember everybody's name ☺️ Room service was amazing too. Fresh towels, immaculate room every day. Gede the pool guy was friendly and helpful too, enjoyed a conversation with him, very ambitious young man! I am definitely going back to this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay in Nusa Penida. I don't often go to the same spot, but here I would like to make an exception. The cottages are on the beach, have all the comforts and very good beds. You can hear the sea in your cottage and when you leave your room you are right on the beach with a fantastic view. The staff are incredibly friendly. Breakfast is also highly recommended and the hotel's restaurant is also extremely good. Just keep in mind that if you want to see the island this is not possible on a day trip. They divide it into an east and west tour and you can't combine them. We will definitely come back when we come to Bali again. Highly recommended!

The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. - Reception ( Bella and Ayu ) were more than perfect for welcoming us at Merak village , smiley , polite, and they were explaining for us everything at the hotel and were ready to answer any question and ready to help. - Room was just amazing , they clean 2 times, and has a nice view and the sound of the river let you really feel in the heaven. - Housekeeping, ( Dewa, wili & Adi ) were ready to assist us and always they keep our room clean. - Restaurant, All staffs were smiley and they great us warmly every morning when we come to our breakfast. And have nice hospitality. - Over all the Merak Village for sure on our list for our next coming to Ubud and I highly recommend it. - Finally, thanks for every one there for an amazing hospitality that let us feel at our second home. Keep going for the great job you have done and Douple thumps up for all team.
