The staff is amazing nad the place is really beachfront . We have travelled with a 2 year old child the place is perfect if you travel with child. Calm place not noisi . Good dive sites nearby. You can change money and rent a bike as well. Rooms are clean and well equiped.

After a very long research on properties in the island, I found this recently opened hotel which didn't have many reviews, but look new and attractive for us. Once we got there, we fell in love with it. The pool was great and the room we stayed in looked very new. The staff was the nicest and the breakfast was delicious. You can also rent a bike in the reception so you can get around the island. It is also very central and very near to the port. 100% recommended.

Truly a remarkable place and the best stay we’ve had on this trip through Bali and this little bit of Lombok. The facilities were lovely but not overly fussy. The staff were friendly and attentive with being intrusive. The room had lots of natural light and good translucent curtains that allowed in the sunshine without putting us on display. The location was an about 50 meters from the main road with stores and restaurants and a 2 minute walk to the harbor where we arrived and also booked our snorkeling trip. From there it was a 5 to 10 minutes clockwise around the island for the best sunset beachfront drinks and dining or 5 to 10 minutes counter clockwise for yoga, more restaurants overlooking Lombok (I assume you might also see a sunrise there you were a sunrise kind of person) and some great snorkeling from the beach. We spent a week there on our month-long vacation and, while that’s longer than you need to see Gili Air, I don’t regret a day.

Upon arrival, we got a cold drink and towel and we were even offered an upgrade as one of the other rooms was available. The hotel organised a taxi for us from bangsal port to the hotel (2 hour drive) which was super helpful! The daily breakfast was my favourite part, you get a main, tea or coffee, fresh juice and a fruit platter and it was all sooo yummy. The staff were so lovely as well and everything felt very clean, including the pool.

As a solo travel this was a really nice way to explore Lombok and connect with other folks. The hosts are so lovely and accommodating. And rhe view from my cabana… breathtaking! Would love to come back some day.
