Gorgeous place thats full of charm. staff are friendly and happy to suggest activities and places for dinner. bed was MASSIVE and incredibly comfortable. plenty of tea and coffee options available in room which was lovely

With free WiFi, printing, and luggage storage, the hostel also offers continental breakfast and a shared lounge. The reception staff can arrange tours to the Cliffs of Moher, Connemara, and the Aran Islands. It exceeded expectations. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful, and went overboard to make you feel confortable. Room, bathroom and common areas were great and spotless clean. You could borrow towels, hair dryer, band-aids, etc., which was really convenient. Breakfast was amazing, and I would also recommend singing up for the common dinner and pub crawl, I had a blast!

We stayed at The Waters Country House during our trip through the Irish countryside and it was like stepping into a fairytale. The house is absolutely stunning—full of charm and character. Our host, Wolfgang, was very kind and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. Breakfast was delicious and served in a beautiful setting with unique furniture and warm lighting, creating a peaceful atmosphere. We also recommend booking a table at Monks restaurant nearby—local taxi drivers make it easy to get there without a car. A very special place we’d love to return to!

Location was great, in a quiet neighborhood but still walking distance from the city center. Breakfast was delicious.
