The service standard is a representation of the highest level of Italian hospitality which I think is unmatched anywhere in western Europe (we have been to quite a few luxury hotels including almost all Belmonds in Italy and 4 Seasons and should have seen enough to make this comment). Last but not least, the breakfasts prepared by grandma of Lucia are stunningly good !
