Drink included was also a nice addition. Alpacas were so lovely, you can take extra also an alpaca walk, totally worth it. Parking underground was also something that I liked . Staff was amazing, always jumping to make sure our stay was memorable

Smiling & helpful staff, unaware of our circumstances, made the check-in process one of our most memorable: offering ice cream to the kids and welcome drinks for my wife & I. We were then shown a map of Milan and given suggestions on places to visit. Our luggage was brought up to the room promptly and professionally, and the sofa bed was made up when we left the rooms for dinner, in a perfect scheduling. Our original room choices were on different floors, so they upgraded one of the rooms to place our family together. What can I say except the management of service at this hotel is done at such a high level, that it really made us appreciate being "stuck" in Milan for 2 nights. Thank you to all the hotel staff who made this a stay we will not soon forget 🙏🏻
