We really felt like at home. It is a spacious apartment, well equipped, and its position could not be better: the sun never hits it directly so we hardly needed air conditioning. It is very bright, there are wall-to-wall windows opening onto the large terrace. I spent many a happy hour there reading, admiring the Dead Sea from my chair. There is a mall at 4 minutes’ walk away with a variety of restaurants and a supermarket. The kitchen has everything you need.

Situated in Sowayma, 17 km from Bethany Beyond the Jordan, East hotel features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. With a private beach area, the property also has a terrace, as well as a bar. The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, a kids' club and free WiFi throughout the property. All staff, especially the front desk staff, were kind and professional. The room was spacious with balcony. We were able to enjoy the sunset at the Dead Sea from the room, which was excellent. It has many pools. One pool has a water slide. You can walk down to the Dead Sea. There was a staff member tending guests. Although we didn't enjoy the mud pack since it was a bit cold, but you can enjoy it if the weather is warm enough.

The luxurious rooms at the Spa Hotel are bright and airy. They have a balcony and a seating area equipped with couches and satellite TV. The private bathrooms include signature amenities. Amazing hotel gave us a wonderful upgrade to a Seaview room with minibar and free fruit bowl. Staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Would definitely come back to this hotel again. And of course access to the Dead Sea was perfect.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas. Exceptional hotel/resort! The resort has a Arabic/Persian style to it which seems unique in the area and really adds to your overall experience visiting Jordan. Our room with the terrace overlooking the Dead Sea was out of this world. Amazing views, clean, comfortable, quiet, right on the sea,... Swimming pools were numerous, one for adults only and many are heated allowing swimming all year round. The breakfast and dinner buffets are next level in terms of quality and variety. The Spa is incredible, one of the best I have been to. NB - pay for a day pass to the Spa to get full access to their facilities and spa swimming pools. They are better than any others in the whole hotel. The staff are out of this worlds. Friendly, welcoming helpful, will go out of their way to tailor to your every need (if slightly too much for us).
