It was very rainy during our stay and our clothes got soaked, so I really appreciated having the in-room washing machine and shower dryer. It was able to dry overnight and be ready for the next day.

It is a rather modern and spacious (by japanese standards) apartment. The layout is rather traditional, although I could say that this is the only real traditional part. It is a well thought out and exceptionally ergonomic living space. For the price there were no contenders during our current and previous stays. I could not recommend it enough.
