absolutely gorgeous view. lovely room. amazing reception and staff service. pool with reflection of mountain and sky!!! Delicious dinner. Puppy. Honestly, this place is quite remote so I didn't expect high end. Amazingly luxurious for the hotel's remote location. Not 100% perfect big city luxury but still, WOW!

Nong Kiau Riverside is located by Nam Ou River. It offers bungalows with river and mountain views. The property is equipped with a tour desk, laundry and shuttle service.

What is there not to like? From the moment you arrive, you are greeted by the smiling face on the concierge/gatekeeper. Je insists on carrying your nags and escorting you through the flower-bedecked pergola to reception and then onwards to your bungalow. The bungalows have a superb view over the river and are well-equipped. The bed was enormous and very, very comfortable. The water pressure in the bathroom was so good that one was able to have a proper shower. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone. All the staff are so helpful and keen to make sure your stay is good. Well, my stay wasn't good, it was excellent!!! If I could, I would give this place at least 12 stars 🌟.

Clean space, comfortable beds, towel provided for showering, free refillable drinking water, tea & coffee also and fruit. Nice location right on riverside with gorgeous views, owners are very friendly really nice to chat with and super helpful. Would definitely stay again, thank you!

The staff were so lovely and extremely helpful. Perfect location beside bus station and close to shops and restaurants. The room was perfectly clean and spacious. Really comfy bed. Breakfast was delicious. Nice to have free drinking water too. Really good value for money. Also they arranged my minivan back to laung prabang. I highly recommend this hotel. Couldn’t have been more perfect :)
