The hotel also provides free WiFi as well as a paid airport shuttle service. The room was beautifully designed, had all the necessities including a kitchenette and the hotel had hammocks and a pool. On top of that, the monkeys that visited the hotel grounds daily were the highlight of the stay! We could feed them on the ground floor as well as in our own balcony. The hotel was half an hour away from Xel-Ha park and is also extremely close to Xcaret parks Xplor and Xenses.

With garden views, this accommodation offers a balcony. The apartment has a rooftop pool with a pool bar, as well as spa facilities and a 24-hour front desk. The rooftop pools were great - there are 4 in total available for you. Check in was easy, location good too (around 17min by walk to the nearest public beach / 5th street just around the corner).

Lounging by our pool all day and relaxing was so amazing. The staff was super attentive. The food wonderful. My biggest fear with giving this review is that this place is fully booked next time we come to stay. Nothing like it. Absolute jungle bliss. We did the yoga and meditation even though it was new to us and enjoyed marshmallows over a nightly fire. If you are looking to relax look no further. You will need a car. So many beaches are close and at your finger tips. The beach hotels are loud and have music. This was zen all the way through. A very special stay and place. We will be back to recharge again.

This was the best place out of the whole Mexico trip. I believe the hotel is just getting started as there were almost no guests at the pool, creating an oasis of peace. And the rooms were a dream, we had our own mini pool and honeymoon like room. They also use smoke to smoke out insects and mosquitoes so the flat and pool areas are insect free.

My favourite hostel in Mexico and one of the bests I've ever been! The place is stunning, with a mix of modern and vintage design and a beautiful garden. A lot of amenitis are free: towel, shampoo and shower gel even bicycles to borrow! (Although some of them a bit rusty) and their free breakfast is awesome,probably better than a lot of cafè. All that said, the real plus of the place is the outstanding staff, especially Alejandra, Isac and Fernando were super sweet, went above and beyond their tasks; even invite me at the beach with them and drive me to the bus stop. Can't thank them enough for their wonderful hospitality
