Unique place to stay with a recording studio underneath which Patrick showed us. The accommodation has a lovely open plan kitchen - lounge/dining area. Breakfast is set for you each morning and you can have it at your own leisure. Eggs Bread Cakes Yoghurt Juice and various meats included. Location is about 10-15 min leisurely walk to Volendam. You can get a ferry return from Volendam to a beautiful little town - Markem island. Overall we all had a great time.

We wanted to stay in an apartment that felt like home, where if the weather was bad you could curl up on the couch and read or watch tv. Check, check and check. Huge kitchen living area fully stocked with utensils. The neighborhood supermarket is across the street. We made breakfast at home and ate out the rest of the time. Three minute walk to center of village with 3 restaurants and a bakery. Beds and bathroom were excellent, super clean. Host lovely. Beautiful countryside.

Ria, the owner is warm and welcoming. Lovely little touches with toiletries, small fridge and coffee/tea making facilities. Excellent location next to the harbour but only a very short walk to the centre. We highly recommend.
