Wow, what an amazing hotel right in front of the ocean. The view from our room (small double room) and from the pool was stunnig, you could overlook the ocean. The hotel and the pool are perfect for relaxing. The garden of the hotel felt like paradise, a lot of plants and there are also monkeys in the trees and a lot of colibris. And last but not least: the owners are so friendly and helpful. The host drove us und our baggage to the marina the next day, thank you for that! We were super sad that we could only stay one night and would have loved to stay longer!

If you're a light sleeper you might not enjoy the front of the hotel but we loved having a balcony and the crowd was quiet after about midnight on a Friday night so not bad. Would definitely stay again! Great value for a very clean, comfortable and centrally located room.

My room was fine, the bed comfortable, and looked right out on the sea....the staff were extremely friendly, and there was a very good restaurant close by....it was close to Portobelo, and the buses stop right in front ....thanks for a great stay!
