The staff is very cordial and efficient, always taking care of guests (e.g., we needed oxygen and they provided it promptly). We stayed 4 nights and it was perfect to relax, disconnect and enjoy the property.

The terrace has a 270 degree view of the Andes mountain range, volcanoes and pre-Inca terraces. Private parking is available on site. It's conveniently located if you prefer to explore Colca from less touristy side (Mirador de San Miguel). Hotel looked better than I expected, comfy bed, plenty of blankets for the cold night. It was a good value for money. Village is a bit sketchy but I assume you don't go to Peru for glamour
