Located right on the coast of Bled Lake, Hotel Starkl - Heritage & Unique is a small family-run property that provides unique views of the lake. Free Wi-Fi is provided, as well as an on-site restaurant and bar with a terrace. Great location, hot the balcony overlooking the lake - definitely recommend! There is a grocery store 2 min walk. The breakfast had loads of options. Would definitely book again.

A local bus stop is next to the property. The city centre of Kranj is at a distance of 4 km, while the mediaeval town of Škofja Loka, a cultural monument, is 10 km away. The popular Krvavec Ski Area and the capital city of Ljubljana are within a 20-km radius from the Aleš Guesthouse. It was cozy, elegant, and relaxing with a very good breakfast! The staff was super helpful and friendly! The room was huge, the bed was really comfortable, and I slept like a baby!

Preserving cultural heritage features like restored furniture, century-old wall paintings and exclusive fabrics, the renovated Pr'Gavedarjo Eco Heritage B&B is located in the idyllic village of Podkoren. All rooms have free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV. Podkoren ski slopes are just 300 metres away. So modern and well-thought interiors in an old house in a little village! Everything what is important in Triglavski Park is nearby: Mangart, Vrsic, Planica. I appreciated the locked storage room for bicycles. Also it is an excellent location easy to access quickly from north (Viena or Salzburg), east (Lubljana) or west (Italy), with motorways 20 mins from each side, while the place itself is in a calm and not crowded valley. We enjoyed the breakfast a lot, with wide selection of local specialties, each explained by the host. In spite of small village and off-season, there was a good restaurant open just 50m from the vicinity.

This hostel is set in the centre of Kranj, in a 17th century renovated house.It offers free Wi-Fi access and a large terrace with views of the Kokra River.

The rooms at Cukrarna Guest Accommodation are contemporary in style and decorated in neutral tones. Each one has views of the Kokra canyon, a wardrobe and a wooden floor. A shared lounge is at guests' disposal. The person at the front desk is super friendly. Our four-bed room was super comfortable for a family, with a lot of power outlets and big closet. Bathroom, though shared, is very clean. Great location in the pedestrian center, free parking along a street at about 3 minute walking distance.

Featuring a spa and wellness centre with swimming pools and saunas and offering magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and forests, Špik Alpine Wellness Hotel is located in Gozd Martuljek, 5 km from Kranjska Gora. Free WiFi access is provided in all areas. I asked for a favor before the arrival and staff of the hotel made it happen. That was amazing. <3

Newly opened in April 2009 after extensive renovations, this 4-star hotel, first opened in 1906, is only 200 metres from Lake Bled and in the immediate vicinity of the train station.

Hotel Triglav Bled is located above Bled’s rowing centre. The centre of Bled is 1.5 km away. It can be easily reached on foot by walking on the lakeside trail. All the details of the furniture in the hotel, restaurant, and obv the room. A very nice location only 100m from the train station.

Amazing food, best breakfast. so well organized and efficient. Staff is very proactive and attentive. concert on Saturday evening just in front of the restaurant, very classy. Perfect!

Located in a peaceful spot surrounded by oak trees, Garni Pension Pibernik is a family-run bed and breakfast with free WiFi access. Lake Bled is 2 km from the property.

Set on a large lawn surrounded by a forest and above the Sava River, only 300 metres from the main road to Lake Bled, Garni Pension Pibernik is a great starting point for walking or cycling tours. We chose one of the super cute bungalows. It is clean and well-equiped. The garden, and the atmosphere is fabulous. The hosts are extremely kind and you don't need to ask for anything as they think of almost everything that one might need for the time spent here. After one week we went back because this is a perfect place to start day-trips from and there are many nearby things to see and wander around. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Slovenia.

For my opinion this should be 4 star hotel. I’ve been in 4 star hotels and I can say some of them cannot match to Hotel Gasperin. Waiting to come back again.
