The staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s not as luxury as the hotels next to the lake, but for the facilities and services it offers a fair price. I definitely would recommend it.

The Vila Emma offers bright rooms decorated in unique colours. It looked new, clean and was very comfortable and great location. It was with a lot of little touches managed well and we felt welcomed.

The apartments come with a satellite TV, a safe and a bathroom with a hairdryer. The deluxe room, 409, is fantastic!! Very big, very confortable and in modern style. The parking is really a plus and the brekfast was amazing. We spent 2 marvellous days!

Kids told that is looked the best of all they’ve been before . 2 room number was a perfect fit for me and 2 kids. Internet was perfect in the room and at the lobby as well which was very important for my online work . Helpful personnel and tasty breakfast . I had to arrive late and there were no issues with entering the hotel late at night but you need to tell them about it beforehand !

We arrived very late in the evening without prior accommodation, and most places in the area had a check-in deadline of 10 PM. We called the hotel around 11 PM, and a kind lady came over to personally open the hotel and prepare a room for us. She was extremely helpful and polite, and we truly appreciated her effort. The hotel itself is new, spotlessly clean, and offers a great breakfast. Free parking is also available on-site, which was very convenient. Given the service and quality, I can’t give this hotel anything less than a 10. Thank you once again for your outstanding hospitality!
