We had a fantastic stay at this charming resort, which is run by a lovely French family. The place was impeccably clean, and everything in the room felt either brand new or recently renovated. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of a small village with everything just steps away. Although it’s close to the street, the resort still managed to feel calm and peaceful, offering the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The refreshing red pool was a highlight for me, providing a much-needed escape from the heat. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a great stay. And the breakfast? Fresh, delicious, and served with care—it was a wonderful start to a day. This resort truly combines convenience, comfort, and great hospitality. I’d highly recommend it for anyone looking to explore the local area while enjoying a clean and cozy retreat.

Had an incredible stay at the unique location that the Little Sunshine is. It is perfectly located in the north meaning you are located in a quieter area of the island but do have the option to go east and west really easily. The setting and the views from the room and the restaurant are paradise like. The staff is so kind, attentive and will do everything to make you feel at home. Also really nice to be able to use the standup paddle boards or the kayaks, as we used those for our daily workout. Moreover, the pool is also a welcome facility as it is a bit cooler than the ocean :). Would definitely come back to this resort

Serenity Resort Koh Chang is situated in Ko Chang, 1.5 km from Centrepoint Ferry. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar and communal pool that overlooks the sea. Free WiFi is offered and free private parking is available on site. This resort is very tranquil, beautifully landscaped and made really great by the staff’s friendliness and helpfulness. I also have to mention their kitchen - every dish was delicious and authentic regardless of whether Thai or Western, so there was no need to go out searching for outside restaurants. Free use of kayaks and paddle boards a welcome bonus. The resort bungalows are very comfortable and well kitted out. The staff can arrange bike or car hire, boat trips, snorkelling trips etc. great base to explore the island.

Bang Bao Beach is pretty remote so it’s not walkable to other areas of the island even the pier. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The resort is 3.5 km from Fisherman’s Village. It is a 1.5-hr drive from Trat Airport. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The location has a stunning view, especially when you book one of the pool villas. The villa itself has everything you need and was very clean. Very good breakfast options to choose from. Scooter rental is available as well. We enjoyed every minute of our stay here.
