The Loei Palace Hotel is located within a 5-minute walk of the Loei City Centre. Nearby attractions to visit include the Chiang Khan Walking Street, Phu Rua National Park, the Erawan Caves and Khunming Mountain. We stayed 2 nights in this big hotel en enjoyed every minute of our stay. The room and the bathroom are spacious and clean. The water pressure in the shower is very good. The wifi is very fast, even faster than at home. The breakfast is perfect: enough choices of European and Asian food and you can take it from 6 to 10 am. We ordered roomservice for dinner and the food was very good and reasonably priced. The pool is very nice and located on the second floor. The hotel is located next to a public garden and on walking distance from shops and restaurants. Normally we stay in family-run hotels or B&B’s, but in bigger cities we sometimes choose a big hotel. We are very glad we took the decision to stay in the Loei Place hotel because we had a perfect stay.

Loei Airport is 6 km from the property. Hotel is new and clean. Room is compact and well-designed. Mattress is good, firm but not too firm. The usual amenities (wifi, hot water, aircon, fridge) are all good. No microwave or coffee. Those are in the first floor, along with snacks. Staff was efficient, though the digital checkin was slightly glitchy. Security is very good. There is ample parking. Hop Inn's motto is apparently "consistency" and this hotel holds to that standard. The area is good. There's a coffee shop five minutes away, and a really great noodle shop ten minutes away (walking)
