The staff were very professional yet friendly and accommodating, especially the Front Office team of Mr. Mehmet Kiral and Ms Serap. We also enjoyed the delicious buffet spread at its restaurant. The waiters were friendly and helpful too especially Mr Ozgur. Well Done!

Situated near forests on the slopes of the Uludağ, Kaya Uludag is located 22 km from Bursa. Ski slopes are located 10 metres from the property. Guests can benefit from indoor pool and free WiFi throughout the property. The staff was very welcoming since checking in until checkout. Mr Serkan the guest relations manager was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The location was very good although there was little snow around the hotel we had to go to zone 1 Karkay to enjoy the snow activities but we enjoyed the facilities in the hotel. Unfortunately the day we checked out that’s when it snowed!
