This location is ideal if you have rented a car because parking is easy, and it is away from the noise and congestion in the larger town, while still being minutes from most of the attractions of the island.

The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed, including towels, slippers, TV, wifi, and so on. The homestay also provides free water, coffee, and tea, as well as delicious biscuit snacks. The couple that owns the place was also super friendly. They helped me carry my suitcases up the stairs, gave me a warm welcome and explanation of the room, and even helped me arrange a scooter rental. When I told them I was vegetarian, they helped me find nearby vegetarian restaurants to eat at. They really helped make my trip to Kinmen a warm and happy one. The homestay is located in the middle of Jincheng, the largest city on Kinmen. There are many shops, restaurants, attractions, and fun streets to walk along nearby.

Great price, good location and the host was very friendly. Only issue is the hot water in the shower is very slow to get hot. But not a big deal. Just turn the shower on for 5 minutesn before using it. The included breakfast was great! Cantonese style pork porridge with a Chinese "donut" It was my first time trying this kind of food. It was good. She also offers western style breakfast. Fortunately, I was traveling with a friend from Taiwan who could translate as the host speaks zero English but I didn't expect her to. If you're looking for a great deal on a bed and breakfast. I highly recommend this place.

We were worried about how we would get around the island and our host was so helpful recommending a bike rental place and driving us there from the airport on our arrival at 8pm. Despite having just one day to travel around and see the sights we saw so much thanks to the help and recommendations of our host! Highly recommended!
