Rooms have a balcony with lake views. Owners of the homestay were very nice. The man speaks english and does most of the communication through whatsapp, which is very helpful. He responded very quickly to our requests and questions. We also booked a boat tour this way. The accommodation is very nice and clean and if you would like to eat at the homestay in the evening (besides breakfast), the wife will cook for you. The food is also good!! One thing to mention is that the homestay is not located at the location on booking.com, but they will pick you up at the busstation if you ask and drop you at the accommodation. To get around the city (which is about 20 minutes away) you can borrow the motorbikes that they have. If you’re not confident driving yourself, they’ll take you on the back. That’s what we did. The main road to the city is not really walkable so the bikes are a necessity. Overall we would really recommend this homestay if you like to have some chill and quiet time in a more remote area.

There is a shared bathroom with walk-in shower in every unit, along with bathrobes, slippers and a hair dryer. At the homestay, units have bed linen and towels. Excellent location, the room was very clean and staff friendly. It was a very good stay -most likely we would go back

That’s all you need for a great holiday! Can truly recommend it!

Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. We spent two nights in this very beautiful and quiet farm stay. The garden is full of plants and there are even two funny chickens and a few cats living there. Every day, delicious and special food awaited us, freshly prepaired by the owner. We were able to get to know different parts of the family and learn how banana-candy is made, ride a canoe down the river with a delicious coconut and simply stroll through the village on bikes that they lent us for free.
