Staff absolutely lovely, helped me with tour booking and even called a driver when I overslept for the ferry (oops). Location couldn’t be better, right near everything but not noisy. Rooftop jacuzzi = heaven after hiking Cat Ba National Park. I didn’t even mind that breakfast was simple — coffee and eggs hit the spot. Felt like a mini retreat in the middle of town. Highly recommend!

It was heartwarming to see how sincerely they enjoyed sharing their culture and experiences with guests.
