The staff was extremely friendly, helped us with renting a motorcycle and also organised a day-cruise in the bay. The breakfast had a good selection of meals to choose from, plus fruits (dragonfruit, watermelon, passionfruit, tomato...) and drinks on the counter. The room was the best we encountered in Vietnam, well equipped, very good value.

The room was cute and comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel cosy. I also loved the rooftop lounge – a great spot to relax and take in the atmosphere of Cát Bà after a day of exploring. Breakfast each morning was nice and provided a good start to the day. Overall, this hotel made my trip even more enjoyable, and I would happily stay here again.

Wish we had couple more days to spend there and explore the iceland.
