The staff of this hotel is a family (brothers and sisters) and after 3 days I felt I was like their brother. They have gone above and beyond what you would expect. The location is very central which makes it easy to get to the main sights. Many people seem to be booking flats in Pristina but believe me, I prefer staying in a hotel in a country where I don't speak the language and where I like to get tips about things to see, local transport, places to eat etc. The staff at this hotel is truly exceptional. Coffee, tea and water are complimentary. Every time I walked in they asked me if I wanted something to drink. Amazing! Falaminderit!

There was a lot of light, and there are multiple balconies to enjoy. The beds and pillows were quite comfortable, and the spacious kitchen and dining area felt open and inviting. Staff was friendly and accommodating, and were quick to assist with any questions. The location was walkable to the bus stop and to many local cafes and stores. We felt very safe in our surroundings. For the most part, it was also quiet, and the blackout blinds on the windows made it easy to sleep in. We would definitely stay here again!
