The personnel was genuinely happy to see us and have a chat. Everyone smiling and positive. That creates a great atmosphere. Clean, luxury, but cozy place we want to come back in winter too. Great food for every taste. A lot of things to do: spa, singers, mountain lift nearby etc. Kids friendly: cartoon cinema, kinder garden, activities throughout the day, kids rooms... The hotel that creates good memories!

Everything. The Iglika is modern and feels brand new. Our room (2 adults & 2 children) was very spacious. WiFi connection and TV are excellent. We were half board which was perfect. Not cooking is a holiday itself. Location perfect. Close to shops, ski hire and slopes The bar had lovely, modern and comfortable areas for lots of groups and families. There were also games available. It was good to play chess and draughts with the kids. The swimming pool, sauna, steam room and massage options are ideal after a day skiing. We loved the facilities.

This place is fantastic! Very good value for money for the area. The apartment is very spacious and well appointed, and the building has very attentive management and security. The area is utterly beautiful. You are set in an alpine meadow, surrounded by forest as far as the eye can see. The Rila mountains to one side, and the plain to the other. It is stunning.

Amazing villa with great facilities such as the hot tub and sauna. Huge living room with plenty space for our large group. Lovely beds and large bedrooms with on suites. Well decorated to a high standard with cosy lodge vibes. Great living room with some games provided and a huge TV. Large hot tub and a sauna that were easy enough to use are a hit with our group. We felt it was amazing value for money and would definitely stay here again if we come back.

Rila hotel is our favourite getaway in the mountain. I come here with my husband every year and enjoy all facilities every time. Friendly staff, comfy and stylish rooms, the spa with the swimming pool, the best breakfast buffet, the lobby bar are all-time favourite. This time we tried room service as well, and were pleasantly surprised by the cake for my husband's birthday. Well done!

The hotel is clean and somewhat renovated. Clean rooms, clean swimming pool, etc. The view from the 8th floor was amazing. Excellent location, big but quiet hotel. Loved the swimming pool and the spa. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Rooms are comfortable with all necessary staff for your stay. The swimming pool and spa weren't overcrowded. The garden was quite nice 👌. The staff of the hotel was polite and reacted immediately on our additional requests. Right place to relax if you prefer calm and silent place for your stay
