The decor, minimalist Javanese design. All of the cakes are excellent. Plenty of breakfast buffet options + all the jamu to choose from. Upon check-in i was asked if i want to pay a little extra to upgrade for the junior suite room, and instead we received the Kraton Suites at the junior suite room 🤩 love the room! It was a great gift for my mother’s birthday!

The hotel is connected to BX Mall. It is very convenient to go next door for food and shopping. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast spread is good with many choices of local and international food. The staff is courteous. I brought my mum, who uses a wheel chair to move about. The staff always stopped by and asked if she needed any help. It meant a lot to her.
