The hotel receptionist was very nice and interacted lovely with our 2 yr old daughter. Every time we came off the elevator she would greet us with a hello and wave to our daughter.
We loved the swimming pool and theres a nice little kiddies pool area too.

I enjoyed using the swimming pool and the massive gym with a full range of modern equipment. Loved the breakfast and the friendly welcoming staff serving the tea and coffee. The hotel is exceptionally clean including the rooms and the Leisure area. Also plenty of space for parking. I’ll be coming here again.

We got a lovely room with a balcony. Staff were so friendly and helpful, particularly Honour she is so nice couldn't do enough for us. Food fab, swimming pool is fab. My partner and I are only back from Manor West today and already can't wait to return

Lovely friendly, helpful, effecient man on reception. Nice big room with bunk beds, very clean. Swimming pool was spotless. Breakfast was very nice. Food and staff in the bar were so lovely. Lovely hotel overall.

Breakfast was great and run by table service. Comfortable rooms and the air conditioning was very welcome. Lovely swimming pool and leisure facilities.
