This was my second stay at the hotel, and it didn’t disappoint. The room is spacious — which is rare in Osaka — and has a beautiful, classic atmosphere. Everything was very clean, and Guerlain amenities were still provided, which added a luxury touch. The location near Umeda is perfect for getting around, and the staff are always kind and attentive. I’ll definitely come back again on future trips to Osaka.

Hotel staffs are all helpful, polite, willingness and offered their best to solve any issue raised from booking taxi to table reservation. Even after I modified my requests over and over again, they still tried and offered their best. Thank you team Conrad Osaka. Room is spacious, bathing water come with large stream of water. A bathtubs may take 20 mins to fill at home can Be done in 2,3 mins. Hot water comes immediately. Room is clean and spacious. This is the first time luggage pickup arrived 5 mins earlier than requested time. The staff had calculated loading and transportation overhead in mind. This is a big bonus. The bread section at breakfast is excellent and far exceeding rest food.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the quiet atmosphere made for a great night's sleep. The hotel’s location was excellent — close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport, yet peaceful enough to feel like a retreat from the city’s bustle. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the quality toiletries to the thoughtful touches like complimentary water and coffee. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh, delicious options. The service throughout our stay was consistently attentive without being intrusive. A standout feature was the excellent Chinese restaurant on-site — the food was authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Absolutely stunning hotel, in a great location. The hotel is in impeccable condition, beds are comfy, rooms beautiful and the bar area, Peacock Alley, is amazing. Above all, the staff are incredibly professional. Courteous, friendly and you can tell they have been extremely well trained. Moe, I think it was, who looked after us at breakfast was what every person working in customer service should be like. Can't recommend the hotel highly enough.
