We comprised a large 3 generation UK family group coming to Querétaro for the first time for a family wedding. Our stays varied between 3 and 7 nights. Our rooms were all located near to each other, they were at all times clean and well maintained. None of us speak fluent Spanish, however the staff at all times were able to be professional, helpful and informative regarding our specific needs. The weather was hot, and the six children in our group and some of the adults, enjoyed the use of the pool and its facilities. We used the hotel restaurant on a number of occasions, it served a wide menu of good quality food, the staff here too were helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend Hotel Flamingo.

Had a quick stay here but staff was super friendly and helpful. My room was cozy, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the shower was great. It was quiet at night, so I slept well. Light snacks and beverages were offered in the morning. Very pleasant stay.

This is an amazing, well-thought, comfortable and romantic boutique hotel that will be the delight of couples everywhere. It’s a bit pricey, especially if you reserve the king suite, but it’s worth every penny! I liked the breakfast , it was very good. A large variety of choice is proposed, really good pancakes, you can even ask for your eggs as you want to be made by the cook. Really nice and good flavor for "chilaquilles", fresh fruit, tasty green detox juice. Vey kind service from servers and cook.
