This hotel has the best staff. There are very helpful and kind, I forgot to printed out my ship pass and the lovely Ms Shenell Bates at the reception printed out for me no questions asked, all with the most beautiful and welcoming smile. Thank you Shenell. She was also very knowledgeable of her surroundings which saved me a taxi fare, as I was able to walk and see a bit of Colon.

I loved everything, but the view was breathtaking and the staff were so kind and generous. I feel totally spoiled now and no hotel will ever compare. This sounds dramatic but really I mean it. everything exceed our expectations , as a Panamenian was my first time in such location. the rooms were ok, the bathroom and AC excellent. the place is really big PS: we were not able to have the breakfast by time limitations from our end. The location is really close to colon 2000 and some comercial areas
