Excellent hotel! About a 15-minute walk to the city center, a 2-minute walk to a nearby supermarket. A large and spacious room with a balcony. The room and the hotel are very clean. Rich and varied breakfast which even includes utensils for small children. The playroom is clean and well equipped. The hotel has a parking lot at a cost of 80zl per day. The Termy Zakopiańskie are next to the hotel and are at a separate cost - you can enter directly the thermal baths at the price as shown on the website or enter through the hotel at a different price, although more expensive, but there is no need to wait for payment, change clothes and walk outside especially in cold weather. It is important to take the watch at the reception to enter the baths. You can use the towels and bathrobe provided by the hotel. The hotel staff was very kind. It is highly recommended!

Amazing place with breathtaking mountain views, peace and nature. The rooms are neat, cozy, clean, with all amenities. The staff is very helpful, kind and always ready to help. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, varied and filling. I also really liked the SPA area, 3 saunas, swimming pool and jacuzzi - a great place to relax after a day in the mountains. I recommend this place to everyone looking for a vacation in the mountains!

We stayed here for 5 nights. Location is great. Although the street is very crowded, we were not disturbed by the noise in the room. Hotel itself looks great in wooden design. Room with balcony was nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really delicious: Local cheese, freshly cooked eggs by your taste, veggies, fruits and cakes everything you will need here. Many thanks to reception and restaurant staff for being so nice and helpful. We’re impressed by this 3⭐️hotel, where service is literally 10/10. We are definitely planning to come back in winter.
