The staff are very hospitable and polite. We booked for Super-king Room and they upgraded us to Junior Suite because they know we are celebrating our wedding anniversary and they decorate our room😍😍. We are very thankful for the effort. We love the location, its close to the sea, close to the al wakra zoo and close to souq alwakra with a lot of restaurant/Cafes. The view is so relaxing, the food in the breakfast is good with a lot of choices and the room is so nice. Definitely going to comeback for a longer stay next time.😍😍🥰🥰🥰

The location was amazing ! The lady at front of house was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The comfort of the bedroom was incredible. Very reasonably priced, definitely value for money.

The staff at the pool were amazing in particular Ailyn was lovely and ensured we were looked after. Some days we even just stayed by the pool for hours as it was so perfect there. The lobby staff were also very accommodating and always offered help and a smile. Arsalan at the front of the hotel greeted us every day and helped up so much. The rooms were spacious and the spa area was amazing. I couldn’t ask for anything more!

Very nice and comfortable room. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast delicous. The location of the hotel is perfect between the beach and mall and the metro is just in walking distance.

A wonderful hotel with beautiful rooms, excellent service, and an outstanding breakfast buffet. The entire team — from reception and concierge service to housekeeping and the waitstaff— was excellent. Everyone was kind and welcoming. We have just gotten married, and we were welcomed with a lovely surprise in our room. Thank you so much for this thoughtful gesture! The breakfast buffet was amazing, and the service team was so friendly. We would especially like to mention Salvador, who was assigned to us. He was incredibly attentive, helpful, and unbelievably friendly. You can truly feel that he has his heart in the right place and that taking care of guests genuinely means a lot to him. Thank you to the entire team — everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The pool on the terrace is beautiful, and the excursion offered by the hotel (the desert trip) was amazing and very well organized.
