It’s located on the top of a hill, the transportation is convenient since the hotel can arrange cars up and down the hill. The staff are really helpful and friendly, they helped us to rent a motorbike for 350 bth per day(150cc, really new one). The view is most amazing and really worth it. The lodge room is equipped with air condition which is very nice. Lodge 2 is with the best view!

The villa was beautiful perched in the hills over looking the sea. The views were exceptional and the pool even better. The villa was a great size with 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The beds were huge and very comfy. The kitchen had everything including dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, oven microwave and toaster. The TV for our teenager boys had netflix amazon and you tube on rainy days. The hosts were attentive of needs and was there if there was any problems would be there in a flash. We would definitely return to the villa. There are bars a small shop walking distance but youd have to grap a taxi to get into Chaweng or other locations which was easy to do tgrough the house keeper

It is better to see and experience something once than to hear about it a thousand times. This is probably one of our most unforgettable trips we had with my wife. Baan Hin Sai Resort and Spa is one of the best resorts we have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve their guests. From the balcony, we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was stunning. A very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relief to walk in such a quiet and surrounded by lots of trees that makes a peaceful environment. Indeed, a piece of paradise in the region. We must say the location of the resort is the best place to unwind, for self-care and to escape from the hassle and bustle of the urban lifestyle. A well-trained massage services in-house. Luckily we met Mr. JJ, the manager of Baan Hin Sai Resort and Spa. He briefed us about a few places to visit while spending our holiday in Ko Samui. He made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. We loved the sea view from our room and the swimming pools were particularly nice. The resort has a sister resort 5 km away at Lamai Beach with a daily free shuttle service. Great if you want a beach walk, swim or just pick up supplies from 7-Eleven because there are no convenient shops near Baan Hin Sai Resort. The way the buildings have been integrated with nature is uplifting and the friendly staff make you feel special. We were totally spoiled by them all.

It was very quiet, they even upgraded us for free. Staff was very friendly and exceptional service! The view. Swimming pool, the use of unlimited golf cart to get us to places around the resorts. The quick room service. Everything was quick and well dealt with. There’s no delays at all.

Clean, well maintained public areas. Nicely landscaped gardens, excellent pool facilities for all ages…..baby/toddler pool, more private/sedate lagoon-style pool, beachside pool with swim-up bar. Excellent breakfast buffet Location on pristine Chaweng Noi beach

The hotel is located in Chaweng Noi, a quieter area of Chaweng. There are caffes, and places to eat on the main street, 7eleven near the hotel. An amazing area, covered with trees, palm trees and various flowers. It's simply breathtaking and makes you want to walk around the grounds. 3 swimming pools, one of them beautifully hidden between the buildings. You can get around the hotel by melex. Breakfasts - good selection, you can compose your delicious meal. Different types of rooms scattered around the hotel.

Very good deal for the price you pay. The resort is located in a quiet/family-friendly area of Chaweng Noi beach, has a private access to the beach. It’s a big resort surrounded by beautiful garden, has several swimming pools including the one for kids. It’s a very nice and relaxing place, very suitable for families or people who are looking for serenity and a nice beach vacation.
