The beautiful and idylllic location and the fantastic staff are the absolute highlights. The first two nights we had a second row bungalow. Fortunately we were able to upgrade to a beach front for the last two nights. For us that was a perfect ending to our holiday: the view is nothing short of amazing. Both days we had lunch on the deck of our bungalow. :) The two pools are also nice and the restaurant is big. And there is also a little bar with music and cocktails. All the staff members are really friendly and some even know your name. See you Soon! ;-)

Tasty breakfast, nice big and clean rooms. Very nice bathroom with a view outside. Friendly stuff. Nice view to the sea. 15 min walk from Charlie beach where you can swim. Very nice swimming pool with wonderful sea view. They do laundry for good price and the motorbike we rented was very new and in good quality.

We stayed here last year and were amazed at the great value for this resort. You would be lucky to get a villa on the beach with a pool and breakfast included for the price we paid here. We didn't opt for a private pool villa but they are available at a reasonable rate. The beach is beautiful, the staff as ever are super friendly and we loved our visit .. again ! I would maybe suggest a few snack options at the reception (it is off season so the restaurant is not currently open) ... however we bought plenty of beer and water ... which were available 😊 look forward to our next visit - we hope to bring friends next time xx 😊😊

Amazing location right on the beach. Staff were absolutely lovely, friendly and helpful. The resort has a really relaxed and friendly vibe, we had such a beautiful stay. It’s an easy 5 min walk to the village for good food and drink options and shops for supplies if needed. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable, we had a view of the ocean and weren’t in the front row and this was lovely. Happy hour cocktails brought to the pool were a nice touch. Breakfast was decent with a good range of options. Check in and out were super easy. Overall we had a fantastic and relaxing time at Pawapi and would certainly come back. Koh mook is a small and not overly built up island and we loved that about it.

There is always a risk of returning to a great place that the place doesn't seem so great the second time around, but the opposite applies to The Reef Resort! We felt even more welcomed and had got even more out of our time on Koh Kradan now when we "came back". Genta and Jack have such an impressive quality of remembering which guests like what even after hosting them once for 1-2 days. Also with other staff members, we noticed how much they paid attention to our likes and dislikes, trying to anticipate our needs and give us the greatest experience possible. We also were impressed by almost all staff members from the year before still being at The Reef Resort which speaks for nearly no turnover. It is really a matter of personal taste: we liked the setup where there is no big noisy entertainment program in the evening, just a round bar in the middle of the resort where everyone is welcome to have a drink, or have a chat, or play a round in a board game. If you travel alone, and wish for some socialisation, this is a perfect setup for engaging with other people without a big effort. The location is (literally) a stone-throw from the reef and the basically the hotel is standing on the beach. There are a few places around that Genta recommends at the check-in (e.g. the best pizza on the island is next door), but the variety of (primarily) Thai dishes at the resort restaurant is so big that this time around we really stayed close "to home" and went all in on seafood and Thai dishes, and not even once was there anything missing in the food we ate. Pad Thai at The Reef Resort remains my personal definition of a great Pad Thai. Just like last time we visited, it was a great value for the price considering the climate around the hotel (it is an island with humid climate), the availability of hotels on Koh Kradan (there are not many), and the fact that everything needs to be brought in by boat.

Fantastic stay! The hotel offered great value for money – the accommodation was excellent for the price. The pool was nice and the breakfast was very good as well. Everything met our expectations!

Very nice resort, in a quiet location. Equipment and environment are very good. Hotel restaurant is of good quality (not the best you can find around, but still a good option) and reasonably priced compared with similar resorts in other islands, as well as the bar. Renting scooters was super easy and convenient to visit around. The beach is nice (not the finest sand we had in Thailand but still nice). Just pay attention to the tide hours as it is emptying the front sea. Then cerating a walking access to the small island in front, which makes a nice "Robien Crusoe" visit with kids. Staff was so kind and helpful.
