perfect hotel! so beautiful, with lovely family rooms surrounding the pool. Two bedrooms, a living room, a huge shower, everything is beautifully designed, modern, pleasant, and comfortable. A charming breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant. The staff was delightful. The pool was open for the kids whenever they wanted, even late in the evening. Highly recommended. It’s located 20 minutes from the center (night market, etc.), and there’s nothing to do within walking distance of the hotel. We had a driver for the duration of our stay, so it wasn’t an issue for us. We ordered dinners through GRAB directly to the hotel.

Kung, the woman who looked after me and the girls that helped, were amazing . Genuine smiles and kindness. I truly felt special. I was not just renting a room , but I felt like an honored guest. Every detail , each moment and the breakfast... wow! Their hospitality was 2nd to none. The grounds were immaculate, and positive energy filled the entire property. I felt at peace. The most comfortable bed so far in Chiang Mai. stayed in 10 places so far. I intend to stay again!!!! Wow! Just wow!!!

The facilities were perfect. I couldn’t fault them if I tried. The sauna was clean and worked beautifully as well as the gym equipment. Hotel rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were super nice, they offer laundry services and coffee along with a friendly smile. I will be returning to this place for sure.

This place was the perfect choice for a stay to be near the gym I was training at. I looked forward to the breakfast on the days I could make it between sessions - I loved the scrambled eggs! Marcel went above and beyond to organise myself and the other guests for sightseeing and any activities. My only regret is not making enough time for myself to enjoy the beautiful pool. I will be back on my next visit.

A stunning property. Marcel the owner was lovely, picked us up from airport and was happy to help in anyway he could, lent us some pushbike to explore. It is in a village about 30 mins outside Chiang Mai so great for relaxation but probably better suited if you have transport. Lovely breakfast. Beautiful plants everywhere but does mean more mosquitoes. Great pool to cool down and the biggest soft towels provided. Noodle cafe on date. Extremely reasonable.

Very warm welcome by the staff. Breakfast was nicely done, plenty of food, good coffee. Swimming pool is a nice feature. Rooms are clean and of sufficient size. Bathroom supplies (shampoo, body wash, etc.) provided.
