Our room was more than expected - also very beautiful. Location was great. We needed to be close to the airport which was only 15 minutes away. The location was also great because I like watching birds, and there were many around in the morning, which I loved. We travel to a lot of places and this is certainly one of the very top places we have ever stayed in. The owner was very nice, and was kind to provide breakfast.

Guesthouse on Grant Street is set in Smithton and offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a garden. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Outdoor seating is also available at the guest house. The detail the owner went to to make our stay very comfortable was above and beyond. There were lots of little things added that were very thoughtful - milk, juices, heater turned on prior to our arrival. There were DVD's and games for us to use and in the nicer weather there was a pool in the backyard. There was undercover parking if it was raining and a gym set for that morning workout if desired.
