We visit the place once or twice a year, and we are never disappointed. The rooms and the facilities are clean and looked after. The stuff are helpful. The food is delicious. If you want to relax , this is the right place for you.

Le Ruskovets Thermal SPA & Ski Resort est un complexe hôtelier moderne situé à Dobrinishte, à seulement 6 km de Bansko. We had an amazing stay at Ruskovets Resort. The food was excellent, every breakfast and dinner was different, always fresh, and very tasty. The room was amazing, very spacious, with a separate living room, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The service was excellent and the staff were very kind and professional. The pool area was amazing, especially for kids. They have a separate children’s pool with warm water, which was perfect and made our stay even more enjoyable as a family. The resort is very close to Bansko, just a 6–7 minute drive, making it the best choice if you want to visit Bansko but stay somewhere peaceful and comfortable. We will definitely come again and highly recommend Ruskovets Resort.

Set 600 metres away from the nearest cable car and 1300 metres away from the centre of Bansko, the 4-star Grand Royale Apartment Complex & Spa offers an indoor pool, a large spa, a gym and a... Everything was really great! Staff was very friendly and helpful, room had a nice layout and was very cozy. Our room was located near small river and sound of it was very soothing and relaxing and helped sleeping in the night. And couple of times on the lawn below our room we saw horses! Oh and also spa was great, sauna, aroma sauna, shock bucket, it was just great.

The Perun Hotel enjoys a peaceful location next to the large city park on the edge of Sandanski. It offers fine Bulgarian cuisine. Séjour parfait tout était très bien le petit déjeuner était frais, très bon et fait maison le spa au top la chambre triple parfait rénovée et fonctionnelle, la quadruple a besoin d un coup de frais deco un peu défraîchi mais si non très bien belle terrasse lit très confortable on réviendra avec plaisir merci pour tout

Combining traditional Bulgarian architecture with modern facilities, the Four Points by Sheraton Bansko enjoys a convenient location close to the gondola lift in Bansko. The hotel is excellent, stuff is super friendly and helpful, Ahmed helped us with the luggage, and is always here when you need him, breakfast was a 10, fresh baked goods, fluffiest pancakes you can image, a lot of variety and with good quality. Very clean and modern rooms, and overall interior of the hotel. Also very smart with the specialized room for ski equipment and the door that leads you out where the shuttle stands. Complementary Shuttle service to the Gondola and back, very helpful not to walk uphill, but it is very close to the gondola. Spa center was decent and clean, stuff was very friendly, I wish it had a thermal bath, that would have made the stay perfect.

Being the only ski-in and ski-out hotel in Bansko, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is located in the very heart of the mountain resort, right across the Gondola lift station. Tout le personnel rencontré a été très aimable, gentil, bienveillant et chaleureux, merci à vous pour votre accueil. L'hôtel est plein de charme, idéalement situé pour visiter Bansko et ses alentours. La chambre est spacieuse, tout comme la salle de bain, et le balcon vue montagne donne une touche apaisante. Le petit déjeuner est très qualitatif, plusieurs produits faits maison et une salle vraiment agréable. L'espace spa est très complet et reposant. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ce fut un superbe séjour !
