Rogers Arena is 10 minutes’ walk from this Vancouver hotel. Excellent staff who all went out of their ways to attend to all our requests and beyond. We were offered tea coffee and use of bathroom facilities on early arrival and again until 10pm when we had to wait for our 2am flight. The food at the restaurant was very good and the restaurant manager was courteous and super attentive which made the meal that much more enjoyable. We loved the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. The hotel is centrally located but very quiet and cosy.

The view over Rogers Arena and BC Place is absolutely stunning. We stayed 2 nights and would love to have been able to stay longer, it was such a sumptuous experience. The instructions for accessing the building and the apartment were very clear. The space was also very clean. We had to search a bit for the extra bedding for the pull out couch but they were available at least (in the main bedroom small closet).

I cannot rave enough about this place! I’ve already booked my next stay! We absolutely loved the location, it had everything we needed and more. Alfonso is THE definition of hospitality. Made us feel right at home from the very beginning, with so much attention to detail from a welcome sign in our room, chocolates on our bed, to checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. I genuinely felt like I was staying at a 5 star resort with a touch of home! We’re excited to be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay in Kelowna. Not too far from downtown Kelowna either (15-20min drive). Uber is not difficult to get but might have to wait a bit for it to arrive. There’s so much nature around and it’s beautifully quiet.
