The setting is quiet and close to nature. The staff is super friendly. They coordinate a massage, the hot bath experience recommended places and provided wood for the fireplace. There is “collectivo” a shared taxi that for about $2 will take you to many other locations so I didn’t need a car to return to Santiago.

Great room, though hot in summer (the electric fan helps a lot) but wonderful in the evenings. Great breakfast, variety of frut, jouice, ham and cheese and, if you want, eggs too. The location, 3 km from San José de Maipo and pretty close to Santiago is excellent. I recommend Baños Morales, well into the Cajón, perfectly paved road and basic but clean termal bath. The views of the inner parts of the Cajón are spectacular. Also, the hot tub under a stary sky at night is well worth it. A+
