We've booked a mountain view balcony deluxe room. Birds are chirping, breathtaking view from balcony, relaxation guaranteed. Breakfast is good.

After an eventful day in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, relax and unwind in the Hotel Zugspitze's spa area, where your will find an indoor swimming pool, various saunas, a hot tub, plunge pools and a fitness room. The location is perfect--close to the train station, close to a nice walking area of town, but also close enough to jump on the freeway to go south to Innsbruck or north to Ettal or Oberammergau. It's so quiet at night, I didn't need earplugs (and I'm a sensitive sleeper)! The bathroom has all necessary amenities, and the minibar beverages were complimentary as well which was a beautiful touch. The spa services are wonderful, the restaurant was wonderful--honestly, going half board here was the best decision I've ever made because the four course dinners were heavenly. The underground parking gave me true peace of mind as well. The bed was also an awesome size for a solo traveler - bigger than a normal single for sure!

Good facility and restaurant, decent breakfast and dinner a la carte selections, super friendly staff, great location for hiking from Ramsau to Hintersee. Strongly recommended.

The garden includes a sunbathing lawn. Great staff in the hotel, restaurant, and spa. The family suite was very quiet. The food in the restaurant was great. Jesica from the Spa delivered a great massage. Front desk staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable about the tourist spots around Garmish. The hotel is dog friendly. We had a great time!

Das Tegernsee offers rooms within the Art Nouveau-style Sengerschloß castle and in its neighbouring buildings. All rooms include a modern bathroom with bathrobes and hairdryer. I really liked the spa facilities and the luxurious feeling. Room was comfy and the staff delivered to an exceptional and personalised degree. Bubbles for breakfast and the variety in the breakfast club was also very nice.

The people working here are also super friendly. One important thing, you can only reach it by foot in a 1h-hike (if you’re fit in 45 min) so keep that in mind.
