From the moment I arrived, there was an incredible sense of quiet luxury throughout the entire property. Everything was spotless, and the room was outstanding—beautiful design, excellent domotics, and a great shower with perfect water pressure. The breakfast was unbelievable. The lady managing the breakfast area had exceptional attention to detail, and it showed in the quality and presentation of everything. The spa was also very nice, and I only wish I had booked more than just one night. The staff at reception were highly committed, welcoming, and spoke very good English, which made the whole experience even smoother.

This 17th-century palace offers wonderful views in a a quiet, natural setting. It is situated 12 km from the centre of Bilbao, 5 km from Bilbao Sondika Airport. Guests at Hotel Palacio Urgoiti have free access to the indoor heated pool and to the fitness centre. Free WiFi is provided and free parking is available on site. Wonderful restaurant. Our room was incredible, view to the valley of Bilbo. Pool gave us a relaxing time and the team was marvellous. We will come again!

Both apartments were comfortable and well equipped. The property is beautiful. The hosts were very friendly and available if needed. The neighbourhood is exactly what I was looking for - far enough to be super quiet, but only a short walk from the beach and a 30 mins drive from Bilbao if you want city life.
