At night it was quiet once the dinner had finished, but it had a great vibe as offered a group dinner, which looked lovely. The location was great, only a 5 minute car ride into town, stunning location, and the pod we stayed in was so cute and cosy. Absolutely loved it here! And allow dogs..

This place is just so beautiful, decorated with a lot of taste. The room was very nice with a comfortable bed and a very good shower . The location is very good because you are so close to the verdon gorge and Moustier st Marie. The breakfast was very good We highly recommend

At Bastide du Bonheur Saint Donat we received probably the warmest welcome during our stay in Provence - the owners greeted us with a drink and made us feel at home. The rooms and bathroom were super spacious, the breakfast was tasteful and versatile and the whole place was very creatively decorated. The garden and the pool area were both lovely and my only regret is that I didn't book more days here - but I hope to be back some day. Thank you for everything!

We spent a few unforgettable days in this peaceful heaven in the heart of Provence. From the moment we arrived, the hosts welcomed us with warmth and kindness, making us feel truly at home. Breakfast is served outdoors in a stunning garden filled with flowers, birdsong and trees. The food is delicious and thoughtfully prepared, with local and homemade products. The garden itself is large and beautifully maintained — a perfect place to relax, read or enjoy a quiet meal if you don’t feel like going out. There are outdoor tables available, and guests are welcome to use them for a picnic or a casual dinner. The swimming pool is definitely a highlight — a real treat on hot summer days or after exploring the nearby villages. Whether you want to cool off with a quick dip or simply lounge with a good book, it adds another layer of relaxation to the experience. Staff excellent, warm supportive and multi lingual.... Great hotel, stunning location fabulous staff especially Christoph and his father... Ate in their resteraunt food was great and a lovely choice...... Would I return,..?? oh yes... Beautiful village and excellent to explore
