Facilities just worked perfectly. Decorations beautiful and personalized. Despite being a big hotel one really felt welcome and like "home".

One of the most amazing experiences. It was like staying with family. Lucia’s check in instructions were so clear and she made sure to be there to greet us. The studio apartment has absolutely everything you need for a short stay. Full kitchen (they put all kinds of condiments in the fridge). Everything looked new and beautifully done. There is a sitting area over looking the lake. We loved our time here and would return in a heart beat. Thank you Lucia and Jordi for your amazing hospitality.

This recently renovated apartment is located 7 km from Lausanne Railway Station and 7.8 km from Palais de Beaulieu. The property is non-smoking and is located 25 km from Train station Montreux. Great little studio with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts are also so incredibly kind, and even drove me to the train station when my pre-planned transport fell through. They really go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Incredible views of the lake as well!

Floatinn is a boat located in Geneva, in a harbour facing the famous Jet d'Eau waterfountain. It offers a sun terrace on the deck with an outdoor seating area and beautiful views of Lake Geneva. Free WiFi access is available. A great experience being on a catamaran on the lake in a beautiful part of Geneva admiring the water jet and observing ducks that fight over their political issues. Jean-Luc is super hospitable and has a good eye for esthetics. The breakfast on the deck was best ever, with a magnificent view of the city and surrounding hills, and rich choice of food, including several types of cheese, fresh fruit, home-made crunchy crust bread, freshly squeezed orange juice, tasty coffee... thank you, Jean-Luc, I had a great time on boat :)

Access to the spa area is not permitted for children under 14 years and a daytime (09:00 to 18:00) childcare centre is available free of charge at the hotel. Indoor swimming-pool is accessible to children every day from 2pm to 4pm. I had a great stay at La Réserve Geneva, where I felt well taken care of from start to finish. The hotel offers a beautiful setting, excellent amenities, and a relaxing atmosphere that makes for a truly enjoyable experience. A special mention to Fabien, who was particularly attentive and ensured everything went smoothly during my stay. His professionalism and warm service added to the overall experience. Overall, La Réserve Geneva is a fantastic place to unwind, with a team that genuinely cares about its guests. I would definitely return and highly recommend it.
