Adriano at Reception was extremely pleasant and helpful to answer our questions and make recommendations. Try the Ciauru Anticu Trattoria nearby. Our room (#30) was functional, modern, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and seemed very new. The breakfast buffet was the very best we had among our 8 accommodations touring around Sicily. Just incredible. Imagine helping yourself to Gelato for breakfast! Beautiful outdoor pool/patio and free parking. We loved everything about this place and would highly recommend.

Very calm and relaxing atmosphere, in a lovely city with great nearby restaurants and not overcrowded with tourists. We watched the sunset from the rooftop Jacuzzi, which was a very nice experience! We traveled with car which I'd recommend as the city of Agrigento, the Valley of the Temples and several beaches and vineyards are close by and worth visiting during your stay here.

All rooms come with a satellite flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. This was actually my second stay, as I stayed at the property a few days earlier when I arrived to Palermo. The big draw to this property was a free airport shuttle and that worked out perfectly both times. When I arrived to the airport I called the property and the driver arrived in 10 minutes. Next morning they also drove me back to the airport to catch a train to Palermo. When I arrived back again, the same thing - I called them when on the airport, they arrived in 10 minutes, and the next day - very early in the morning - they drove me back to the airport to catch my flight. They even offered to make me breakfast and coffee before I leave (the breakfast I had on my first stay was so-so, but the coffee was very good), no matter that it was very early - an offer which I refused, though I did avail myself to the free coffee in the room :). As for rooms, they really exceeded my expectations - better than in many hotels that I've been to! The first room had a hot tub but I couldn't use it because it requires a one-day advanced reservation (take notice if that interests you!), but no matter, the room was huge and with the private entrance to the shared pool (which, unfortunately, I didn't have time to use). The second room was smaller but also very very nice and with a huge balcony which I enjoyed during my stay. So, I was very happy overall with both my one-night stays!

If you are thinking about booking somewhere in Agrigento.....book here. It's fantastic. The people are amazing, the surrounds and views of the ruins are outstanding, and the food is superb. The whole experience was one of the best we have had in Italy (2 months so far!) If you don't like animals don't come....but really...who doesn't like animals....really!

Rooms were spacious, beautiful and comfortable. Good quality towels. Helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast and dinner. Overall, excellent value.
