The swimming pool wasn't huge, but big enough to cool down. It had a lovely ambience. The location was great, in the "Venice" of Livorno and walking distance to great eateries. The breakfast was also good. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The aparthotel has a picnic area where you can spend a day out in the open. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. The AC was lovely in 39 degrees celcius. The breakfast good and not too expensive.

Unfortunately we could stay this time just short, the plan is to come back for a few days.

The garden features the villa's original stone olive press. Nice location with views out over surrounding countryside. Very clean. Bus stop close to property, just a short walk along a quiet lane and bus will take you into Florence.
