Une partie du personnel est extrêmement serviable, à votre écoute. (certains beaucoup moins et d'autres semblent complétement perdus) Hyatt house m'a paru beaucoup mieux dans les détails que le hyatt place (meme immeuble où nous sommes allés la semaine suivante) Salle de fitness très bien/ salle de machine à laver super/ restaurant cuisine fine, très bons plats (service peut etre très long)/ salon très agréable. Les chambres sont vraiment très spacieuses Calme ++ Je mets une très bonne note car le rapport qualité prix est très bon et qu'on se sent très bien dans cet hôtel mais certains points restent à améliorer.

The staff were warm, attentive, and consistently professional. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The food, ambience, and general feel of the JW Marriott made the stay truly enjoyable.

Our room had kitchen, living and double bathrooms which made our stay even more comfortable. Additional thanks to the staff members especially, Samuel & Daniel who were additionally attentive and helped us with our needs, even helped us clean our luggage from the dust collected in safari. The hotel, the food, and the whole vibe were simply amazing. Everything felt effortless and perfectly taken care of. One of the highlights was definitely the Mediterranean food — fresh, flavorful, and truly some of the best i've ever had. From the moment we were at the gate of the hotel, the staff greeted us with a lovely warm welcome, plenty of information and such warmth. We were accomodated with any request we had and with top class customer service. Our room offered spectacular views over Nairobi, was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The pool and gym facilities were spotless and very inviting. Our lunch was so delicious and all of the staff were so lovely. Siphrah who looked after us for dinner and cocktails was so lovely and engaging and was the best host. The best latte macchiato in Kenya was had two days in a row. The takeaway breakfast for our early morning flight was the best offering we have ever had - and packaged so nicely!! Highly recommend for any stays in Nairobi.
