From the moment we walked it the staff were incredibly helpful and nice. Showed us around Segras with a map and recommended places to visit and eat. The apartment was way more then we expected. Bed was hard but the staff at check in offered to add a mattress topper if we preferred. In suite laundry was a plus and the unit had a well equipped kitchen if you wanted to eat in. Lovely balconys were an added bonus. We enjoyed a drink on the balcony overlooking the pool area. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed some down time there.

Kristof and Koenraad are such excellent hosts and made for a truly memorable and relaxing stay. The breafasts are exceptional. The views from the house are stunning and it is an ideal place to walk and run, birdwatch or just chill out as it is super quiet. The stay in this place was an incredible experience! I even can not imagine such high level of rest. Stuff was exceptionally friendly and supportive. They speak several languages and provided us all the information and help as we requested. Despite the fact the we came pretty late, kitchen was open and we had a dinner. Our room was great, spacious and clean. Everything there is done on a exceptional level, with focus on details. Big playground for kids, swimming pool, padel playgrounds. It is a calm place, well decorated and it provides high level of rest and enjoy. Breakfast was just amazing! The taste of food, fruits and drinks was delicious. This place just opened a year ago and with no doubts this is a great one that we would like to visit again and again.

Very cozy hotel. Everything new and spotless clean. Alice and Jose were splendid hostesses. Breakfast was superb with plenty of home-made food.

By far my most favourite place I’ve stayed at in Portugal — after a long day hiking Fernando pulled out all the goods with wine on arrival and a super slick stay. Breakfast next day was beyond, more like a cafe than a hotel breakfast. Can’t wait to visit again!
