We came from Slovakia to spend a few peaceful days surrounded by nature, and Bogolvar Retreat Resort was exactly what we hoped for. The location is beautiful, quiet, and green, a perfect place to relax and enjoy fresh air and calm surroundings. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and even though we don’t speak Ukrainian, we could always understand each other with smiles and simple words. Everyone was genuinely helpful, and we felt completely safe and comfortable during our stay. Our rooms were clean, warm, and cozy, there was always electricity, hot water, and heating. Breakfast was excellent every morning, with delicious food and great coffee. We truly had a great time and would recommend this place to anyone looking for peace, good food, and friendly people. The only small issue was a payment misunderstanding when booking, but that was related to the international bank transfer system, not the hotel’s fault. The staff were honest and tried to help us solve it. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly return again. Highly recommended!

Early check in was available. There were two rooms, clean and nice. Location is good. There are pool, jakuzzi and sauna inside the hotel. Cleaning services are available everyday. In the room there are slippers, shower gels, papers, tea, coffee, small kitchen - everything what you need. Just perfect for our case.

Living abroad, I wanted to make an escape trip for my mum and sister from Chernihiv region to this beautiful peaceful place. Made a reservation month in advance, get all the needed information from personnel, got the opportunity to pay in advance. Highly satisfied with help of the personnel online: all the important issues as room, floor, even numbers of taxi and help in directions… Talking about impression of my family - it’s definitely 10 out of 10. First of all, living close to the boarder to aggressor they had to constantly live in stress of sirens and bombing, in this hotel they remembered peaceful life before all this hell. Considering that my mother has problems with walking I appreciate stuffs respond to give the room in lower floor (but anyway you have always electricity so lift works always). Rooms are big, comfortable and modern same as all the hotel and territory. I highly recommend this beautiful escape to the Perl ofCarpathian mountains ⛰️ Thanks a lot to Apartel Shayan for their hospitality! Next time we come back all together! Very friendly and helpful host. Nice backyard with barbecue and playground for kids. Parking on property was possible. Everything was perfect, i definitly would stay there again, if i came back to Synewyr in the future. Highly recommend this place.
