They went above and beyond and hand washed our rain jackets after being covered in mud from a hike the previous day. Phuong who works at the front desk is the best, she made sure our stay was comfortable and gave us additional blankets to make sure we were not cold. All staff were amazing and if we’re ever in Phong Nha in the future we will be sure to come back to memory homestay

Its location is perfect and the staff is truly amazing - I can't help but adore them. They go above and beyond to make you feel like a friend rather than just a guest. The evening promotions on drinks are a nice touch and the on-site restaurant serves delicious food at a reasonable price. The swimming pool offers a stunning view and there's even the option to book private villas. Not to mention, the breakfast spread is impressive with a wide variety of options that make it well worth the price. The complimentary evening beer is a nice perk, and booking tours through them was a satisfying experience. I highly recommend this hostel more than any other!

Guests at the homestay can enjoy an Asian breakfas at the on-site restaurant, which serves Asian cuisine. We have got an upgrade and it was really good, it had a nice view to the lake and was clean and cosy. Some bugs got in the room somehow but it wasn't a big issue. The surroundings are beautiful, you can walk to the mountain if you want as well. The restaurant offers good food for a reasonable price and we are so happy about all the cute animals that live here. Hosts were very friendly and gave very good advice not only about what to do in the area but also adviced what we could visit further on our trip.
