We would like to express our special gratitude to the hotel staff! The service is 10 out of 10! We are very satisfied with our stay! We definitely recommend it! The children were playing in the pool on the 8th floor, In the evening, we noticed that our daughter's earring was missing! We weren't even sure if it had been lost in the pool! The next day, the earring was found in the pool filter and returned to us!! Regarding the apartments, they were exceptionally clean upon arrival and in public areas! The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped! There were 2 adults and 2 children. We cooked at home. There was everything we needed. There was a large supermarket and a shopping mall nearby with everything we needed. The pool was very clean, comfortable, and peaceful, and it was much better in the apartment building on the 8th floor than on the roof of the hotel (where we went in the summer). In the winter, it might be better on the roof, as it was completely sheltered from the wind. The staff was extremely friendly and responsive to our requests and needs! The shopping mall on the 0th floor has sports grounds: roller rentals, table tennis, and badminton.

We stayed at Beach Rotana last week, and everything was amazing! The breakfast was perfect, the rooms were beautiful and clean. The staff was very helpful, especially the pool service – a big thanks to Than! The beach was lovely, and the pool area was fantastic, with a sauna and jacuzzi as well. The gym was also well-equipped. The hotel has a great location, right next to a shopping mall and in the heart of the city. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back! 😊

The hotel is a kind of resort with a swimming pool, three restaurants and a bar, but it is located in the middle of Al Ain city centre, at walking distance from all attractions, the fort and the oasis. The room I stayed was huge. I had dinner at the Lebanese restaurant that was really good. There is also a private parking which is very convenient. The ratio quality/price is very good.

I liked that is was truly in the desert and remote which made the experience magical. What made it special was the staff. I lost my mobile phone during a dune buggy ride and when I thought all was lost, dune guide Tabish and security Bisal went into the desert the next morning and found it! It was a miracle! I was visited for attending international conference in UAE university. Al Ain is a peaceful and green city.The UAE University campus is modern and impressive. The Grand Mosque is beautiful and memorable. I want to visit again.

The room and the overall checkin and checkout experience...

The room and the overall checkin and checkout experience were great. The breakfast in my opinion must be looked into and improved. Here are some key points you can improve: - Choice of food: You should propose more choices like Hummus, moutabal, labneh, salmon, different kind of ham (turkey, veal, chicken, beef, dried, etc.) - The scrumbled eggs were dry, scrumbled eggs must be creamy - More choice of fruits (we had a only small plate of fruit cuts) - Labelling : if it is Milk label it milk, if it is almond milk label it almond milk. My son served himself with almond milk thinking it was milk according to the label and spit it because he was surprised by the taste. Good thing he is not alergic. The breakfast buffet and service gave us the impression of not being at the same level of the rest of the hotel. Breakfast service : We waited too long to have someone to come seat us We waited too long to have someone come and take the hot drinks order. The hot drinks self service machine was down The waiters come to our table and do not remove the used plates. Regarding the room: The AC in the master bedroom was blocked and too much cooling, plus there was odor in the room. We did not call, because we wanted some intimity. Please make sure the rooms are in pristine condition for the guests before checkin. it is very frustrating to have to interrupt our time in the room to call maintenance to work on the room. In Room Dining: The food was good, but delivered without bread (an arabic mezze without bread...) and the delivered bread was not up to the expectations. The food was also delivered withiut tissue. There was no tissue in the room. We asked for but never had them. Overall you should be proactive to avoid customer frustration. So the service matches the Venue. Pristine room befoee checkin, Pristine service don't wait for the (bad) comment to act upon it.

You can travel between the 3 Anantara resorts that are on...

You can travel between the 3 Anantara resorts that are on the island and use the facilities of all 3. We ate in the African restaurant in Sahel Resort and the Italian restaurant in Al Yamm resort, food was amazing. It is easy moving from resort to resort as transportation is offered by the hotel.

I was looking for a place of tranquility for a few days of...

I was looking for a place of tranquility for a few days of respite from a hectic work schedule. So decided to book an accommodation at Tilal Liwa Resort. The place is located amidst sand dunes and reflects a Classic Arab architecture designed as a fort. The place is flocked by birds and when one looks out one gets an uninterrupted view of the desert peppered with camel camps. The staff is friendly and helpful. Cherry checked us in with a big smile and Mohammed ferried our bags to our room. We really liked the room which looked onto the desert and to interrupt the monotony there was a camel just outside chewing cud. Our stay of 4 nights was really relaxing, and Hetet and Aslan provided us with exceptional service keeping our rooms clean along with a smile. We took the half-board option with breakfast and dinner. The buffet was not expansive but at the same time sumptuous with superve culinary skills on display by the staff in the kitchen. By the way, when you enter the resort, do not miss Tialal and Liwa who are there to greet you. In case you are wondering who I am referring to, then let it be a surprise for you. Will definitely visit again, especially during the times of camel race or falconry competition or during the dates festival.

Abu Dhabi is so clean and safe. The beaches look wonderful for sun worshippers (I am not one of those) There are plenty of sights to visit without long taxi journeys and the taxis are inexpensive. Light show at presidential palace is a must. Plus Team Lab for some light entertainment. .

Dining Experience

Dining Experience One of the highlights was the dining options. Both breakfast and dinner offered a fantastic variety of choices, also for vegetarians. And fresh tomato juice - one of my favorite! Exceptional Service The staff were incredibly accommodating. From the reception to housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. A special shout-out to Mr. Islam, the manager of Club House and Makani Cafe. His attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards truly enhanced our experience. Accommodations The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt like a home away from home, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. Areas for Improvement While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the music at the pool could be more entertaining. A lively atmosphere would make the pool area even more enjoyable.

Though it's so far, considering a 3-hour drive from Dubai, it is worth the visit. The resort is super clean, with amazing staff and food; you'll find the serenity you're looking for (even if there are kids around!) We had breakfast & dinner at L'Attitude, and the food and staff were superb! We really had a fantastic 2-night stay!

My wife and I are overwhelmed with the total experience and serenity this resort gave us during our stay. First of all, the pictures and videos on the internet doesn’t do any justice to the beauty and serendipity of this beautiful lavish resort. You ought to visit and see it yourself. The staffs of this resort is the backbone and the reason which made our stay very pleasant. I’d like to specifically mention the names and their roles to appreciate their great service. Ranesh - bell desk team Ahmed Azeez - restaurant CK - chef Sobiya - reception Yanis - restaurant John - restaurant George - lifeguard / front desk buggy team I’m definitely coming back soon with my entire family and friends.
